Our HCS program is geared towards providing a quality and cost effective individualized alternative to traditional facility or institutional based programs that care for large numbers of people. Services are provided to individuals with Mental health or substance abuse and other related conditions.

Other Services Provided
We offer day program for individuals at various locations. At Day Habilitation, individuals learn life skills that enable them to live with independence and self-respect, and enjoy stimulating recreational activities in a safe and happy environment. Our dedicated supportstaff interact and engage with participants on a personal level, bringing out the most of each individual and maximizing their potential. Day hab activities include daily learning programs, fun social activities, interactive educational programs, meal time and much more
Case Management Services
Case managers are assigned to individuals to monitor the implementation of individual service plan, individual plan of a care and record the delivery of all services as required by Health and HumanServices.
Counseling and Therapeutic Services
Each individual is eligible for counseling and therapeutic services as determined by individual needs including audiology services, speech/language, occupational therapy services, dietary service, social workservices and psychology service.
Dental Treatment
Each adult individual as determined by individual needs is eligible for dental services including emergency dental treatment, preventive dental treatment, therapeutic dental treatment, orthodontic treatment excluding cosmetic orthodontia.
Adaptive Aids
Each individual as determined by individual needs and authorized by the Interdisciplinary Team based on documentation from a licensed specialist as necessary and appropriate to meet the specific needs of the individual is eligible for adaptive aids including, lifts, mobility aids, control switches/pneumatic switches and devices, environmental control units, medically necessary supplies, communication aids, repairs and maintenance not covered by the warranty.
Minor Home Modification
Each individual based on individual needs as necessary for the health and safety of the individual is eligible for minor home modifications including, purchase and repair of wheelchair ramps modification/additions to bathroom facilities modification/additions to kitchen facilities specialized accessibility and safety adaptations/additions including repair and maintenance.
Behavioral Management
We provide Behavior Management Program which is provided by licensed clinicians who assists families in managing their child´s challenging behavior by providing comprehensive training techniques and strategies. Our Behavior Specialists work closely with the family to identify challenging behavior and develop a behavior plan through the use of special tools and strategies to promote and attain positive behaviors by receiving proper guidance and training, families learn to cope with emotional and behavioral challenges and the child learns to regulate complicated behaviors and master positive ones. We extend same services to individuals residing in our homes who need behavioral management
Medical Services
We provide nursing services through licensed registered nurses for comprehensive assessments, medication management, nursing intervention as needed and coordination of clients care with their physicians and to delegate care required to other licensed and unlicensed staff.
We Provide psychology care through licensed psychologist and psychiatric care through psychiatrists based on each individual need.
We also provide vision and hearing services through each individual clinicians. We set up appointments and ensure the individual keeps his or her appointment by transporting him or her to her appointments or reminding and following up with individual families or foster person to keep all appointments.
