Assistance is provided to individuals living in their own or family homes. Services include assistance with learning retaining, or improving skills related to activities of daily living such as personal grooming and cleanliness, bed making and household chores, preparing meals and feeding. Also to assist the individual with Instrumental activities of daily living which includes more advanced skills such as managing personal finances, using transportation, telephoning, doing laundry, and shopping and also assist the individual with his or her social and adaptive skills necessary to live in their own homes in the community.
